• AV specialist. Any trouble shooting for videos or slideshows must be done by your own specialist
• Access to the grounds before your event
• Kitchen access, you will have access to a prep hall with long tables and water

FAQ’s

• Can I have a DJ or Bartender? Yes, but you will need to hire those services through Castle Park. Those are the only vendor restrictions we have.
• Can I bring in my own personal items or colors to accent your decor? Yes, as long as the centerpieces and other items are not moved or rearranged then you can add personal items if you choose.
• Can I choose different color sash or other decor? No, the sashes and other decor are not customizable for this special price.
• Am I able to add on floral, catering or wedding cake if I want? Yes, you can add on any Five Diamond Weddings all inclusive packages to this venue special or add an individual item too.
• Would I be able to come in early to set up. Yes, you are able to add extra hours or our all day special for an additional cost if you need more time.
• Are we able to move tables or furniture in the room around at all? No, you are not allowed to move any tables, chairs or decor during your event.
• Do we have staffing for our event? We will provide a on site staff to answer your questions or if you choose to add on catering then you will have a full service catering staff to manage your food. If you need a day of coordinator then you can add that service on for an additional fee.
• What if I don’t like some of the decor, can I move it out of the room and then move it back in after we are finished? No, you are not able to move anything out of the room that is why you are getting $3000 worth of decor and venue for such an amazing deal.
• Do we have access to a kitchen or fridge. No, you will have 2 prep tables and access to water but you will need to provide your own ice, buffet set up etc. If you add on our catering it will be full service and you will not have to worry about anything food related.
• Can I book this special for another month? No, the special will only be available on select days.
• How do I find out if my date is available for this special? You must call us or come to the office (10-6, m-w, fri, sat) to find out. Whomever is the first to sign the contract and pay for their date is the one who gets it.
