What is included:
- Your choice of either Upper or Lower Ballroom. Either ballroom will accommodate a flowing reception up to 300 guests or a dinner reception up to 98 total people (this includes the bride and groom)
- 12 Guest tables and 98 chairs – no additional chairs or tables can be added to this special
- Tables for cake, sign in, gifts and food
- Mr and Mrs Table
- Ivory tufted tablecloths for all included tables
- Beautiful backdrop
- Your choice of gold, silver or curly willow centerpieces for guest tables (upon availability)
- Ivory organza chair sashes for every other chair
- Card box
- Ceiling light and drape package ($650 value)

- Beautifully furnished brides room
- Access to a warming kitchen (this will be a shared kitchen if there are 2 events scheduled)
- Set up and clean up (this does not include the catering cleanup of trash and table busing)
- 6 hours of the venue use for setup and cleanup for you and your vendors and your scheduled event
- Choose between 4-10 pm or 5-11 pm
- You may add on extra hours at $165/hour before midnight or $215 after midnight. Hours added on the day of the event are 20% more.

- $100 fully refundable security/cleaning deposit is required to book this special
What is not included:
- No customization, this amazing deal is only possible if we are able to streamline the setup process. If you want to choose your own colors or customize your venue space then you should choose one of our venue and decor options or all inclusive packages instead of the weekday special.
- No meetings with the wedding planner. This package does not include scheduled or unscheduled meetings or time with the wedding planner. If you need additional services then you can choose our venue and decor option or all inclusive packages.
- No day of coordinator included. You must provide your own day of coordinator or hire one of our wedding planners. We will provide a hostess for questions and any emergencies. Your day of coordinator can be anyone BUT the bride/grooms mother, your wedding party, or the bride or groom. We highly recommend that your day of coordinator come to your booking so that we can go over their duties and responsibilities with them.
- Staffing for your event (unless you add on our catering, serving staff, wedding planner day of services or other available staffing services)
- Ceremony package (is extra).
- No AV specialist. Any trouble shooting for videos or slideshows must be done by your own specialist.
- No access to the grounds before your event, you may use the grounds for pictures (8 person max group size plus photographer) during your scheduled time block
- DJ, Band or Bar service must be hired through Castle Park (see full contract for details). If any of these services are brought in without prior approval an additional $250 fee will be assessed for each.
- Can I have a DJ or Bartender? Yes, but you have to hire those services through Castle Park. These are the only vendor limitations we have.
- Can I bring in my own personal items or colors to accent your decor? Yes, as long as the centerpieces and other items are not moved or rearranged then you can add personal items if you choose.
- Can I choose different color sash or other decor? No, the sashes and other decor are not customizable for this special price.
- Am I able to add on floral, catering or wedding cake if I want? Yes, you can add on any Five Diamond Weddings or Castle Park all inclusive packages to this venue special or add an individual item too. We would be happy to work with you and relieve that stress.
- Would I be able to come in early to set up? You are able to add extra hours or our all day special for an additional cost if you need more time at $165 per hour.
- Are we able to move items in the room around? No, you are not allowed to move any tables, chairs or decor during your event.
- Do we have staffing for our event? We will provide an onsite staff to answer questions, they will also check on your party each hour during your scheduled time block. If you choose to add on catering then you will have a full service catering staff to manage your food. If you need a day of coordinator then you can add that service on for an additional fee.
- What if I don’t like some of the decor, can I move it out of the room and then move it back in after we are finished? No, you are not allowed to move anything out of or around in the room, which is why you are getting such an amazing deal.
- Do we have access to a stove or fridge? You will have access to our warming kitchen. There is no stove tops but there is a fridge, ice and microwave.
- Can I book this special for any day? No, the special will only be available on select days. First one to pay reserves the room and date.
